The combination formulas contain multiple ingredients that can act together to support an overall health function or related health functions.
In our facilities we have two mixers, in which the ingredients are mixed, with a laboratory certified in GMPs processes and qualified personnel. In the standard process, up to 30 ingredients can be mixed, 710 micron sieving and basic internal analysis. Extras can be added at the customers request.
Depending on the mixer, two batch sizes can be manufactured, <100 kg and >150 kg, always delivered in 25 kg quantities, in double polyethylene bags in cardboard drums. Delivery time is one month from receipt of ingredients.
